They found my missing credit.

I was able to get in contact with Jessica and she was able to find my missing credit. She did a wonderful job fixing my issue and I did order more from them.

I really do like their suits.

I do have a couple that didn't fit, so we will see if the return process will be smoother this time. Hopefully so.

Here is the deal. I actually love their swimsuits.

I hate the store credit only return policy, but since I love their suits, I figured I would continue to order from them, so I was ok with it. I was issued a store credit back in March of 2016 for $33.30. Below is a copy of the email I received. I went to place an order, followed the directions on the email, but there was no store credit section.

I then contacted customer service like it said to do. I spoke with 2 different customer service people and a manager. They all said that they could see where I had been issued store credit, but after 3 months, the store credit is wiped from the system and they could not reissue it. When I received the store credit, it said it would never expire.

The representatives also said that it was not expired, they just could not let me use it. The manager said that in August of 2017, they sent out emails to everyone with store credit with a gift card number on it for the amount of the credit. I never received an email and I have the ability to search all of the emails I have ever received. He stated that he was truely sorry if the system failed to send me an email, but there was nothing he could do.

So, essentially they realize that they owe me store credit, but refuse to let me use it. He said that in his experience, there was no way to fix this issue. To me that says that this is happening to many other customers. With that being said, I am going to start looking into starting a class action lawsuit against them.

I hate to do it because I do love their suits, but if they are going to cheat people like that, there is really nothing else I can do. If anyone from the company would like to find the recording of my phone call, the manager's name was Jovan and his operator number was 32490. I made that call, which was the second call at 7:59pm CST on 6/12/17.

The first call I made was at 7:41pm on the same day, but I was disconnected when they transferred me to a manager. I hope that it is just that their customer service is poorly trained, but I am not holding my breath.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $33.

Preferred solution: I had 9 items in my cart that came to $157 with my original coupon code before he had me trying other codes. Allow me to purchase those items for that amount minus the $33 store credit. Hopefully you can look up my cart. If not, just refund me my $33.30..

Swimsuits For All Pros: Suits are nice for plus sized women.

Swimsuits For All Cons: No credit for returns, Poor advertising.

My original correspondence is gone. I don't have a copy in my emails because I had to write it on your site.[smart move on your part].

This is the gist of it -> I bought a swim shirt in May of this year, I rotate 3 shirts and 5 suits, so they are not worn daily. The shirt from your company is stretching and getting sloppy. Not too happy about that. I know that the 2 suits I ordered in April, have 'relaxed' a little - that is to be expected.

But they still fit well.

Got me no where, but lists of complaints, and problems etc. from other customers. I am not going to return the 'shirt'.

I don't have time to wait 3 months for a refund that may or may not happen. The first 2 suits I ordered from you in April of this year are so far so good. When the shirt stretches more I will just take it in on my Serger/overlock machine. I am going to check with a friend at swim to see if her return of a suit and refund went smoothly.

If it didn't, I think that from now on, I will order my suits and shirts from companies that are great with customer service and return/refund/replacement policies. I no longer deal with swim and sweat [ also a swim shirt that relaxed and expanded so much, that I could have just worn the shirt and no one would have know if I had a suit on under it or not] because of their return/replacement policies. I should have my new suits from you today [I would love to wear one to work tonight] and hope to have time to try on, rinse and dry before I have to leave.

I had the exact thing happen last spring. I had.

$58 store credit that has now disappeared. Their return policy is deceptive.

Get in contact with Jessica. The info I got from them was that last August they changed all of their store credit over to gift cards.

They were supposed to have emailed the cards out, but it seems like, whether intentionally or due to a glitch, some people never got emails sent. Jessica was able to find my store credit and restore it to a gift card.
