I bought a couple items in the beginning of march of last year. One item didn't fit correctly so I sent it back knowing I'd get store credit which was fine because I wanted to order a replacement plus a couple other things.

The store credit took too long so I placed an order in the middle of March and used just my debit. I was told my store credit would be good for one year. On April 4th my return was processed and it showed the store credit was in my account. Fast forward to today.

Still about a month and a half shy of the year. I should be able to use my credit, right? Wrong! There is no option to apply my credit to my order.

I contacted S4A and they told me I only had 90 days (i love how they changed the rules as they go along) and they rolled out a new program, E-Gift cards instead of credit and I should've received an email in august. Well guess what? I didn't. I've been being given the runaround from this company and I have had it.

I love their products but their customer service is ***. Still haven't been given a way to get back my store credit. They're stealing from the customers! They take our money, have us return the item back to them so we can get reimbursed, claim to issue store credit good for a year then change the rules so they don't have to pay out a penny but keep their product and our money.

I am not at all happy with their practices. They used to be BBB accredited but no longer are, I wonder if they got taken off for their dishonest practices?

Can you please share your order number with us so we can further look your store credit/eGift Card conversion? When we switched to eGift Cards back in August, we did notify all customers with a store credit by email that we were converting to eGift Cards. We then followed up with an email of your eGift Card number and pin - we apologize if you missed this email.

Unfortunately, our customer service was correct that we cannot access the eGift Card number or pin 90 days after the eGift Card was issued. If you can please share your order information with us or if you can email Jessica at jfox@swimsuitsforall.com we can find the best way possible to rectify this issue.

Thank you for getting back to me. My order number was: 160313-LDRRM, I have already contacted Jessica at that email and have yet to hear back from her.
