They finally issued a new e-gift card. It’s crazy they couldn’t do this when I emailed or called. Well anyways they made it right thank you swimsuits.

I purchased a swim suit never received the ecard didn’t know. Then called in to order today and they said sorry we don’t keep e card credit on file.
They owe me $19.98.
They refused to give credit on a new order. Don’t not buy from them.

We only keep E-Gift Card information on file for 90 days but E-Gift Cards never lose their value. If you could please share your order number, we can look up when your E-Gift card email was sent to you.

Hi Bonnie! Your E-Gift card email was issued on April 27, 2017 at 10:27 AM EST. Could please search your inbox with "FULLBEAUTY Brands Gift Card, Inc" using the quotations to isolate any email issued by our company containing an E-Gift card?
I am unable to find it that is why the post is written and you will not provide that information or provide a credit for the same amount. I feel I never received it as I saved all emails from swimsuitsforall.
But you insist I got it when I haven’t that is the issue at hand. Thanks bob
