Swimsuitsforall.com - I had great service!

I'm not sure how all the complaints are happening. I've purchased three times from this company now and never had an issue. Twice, my orders were perfect fits. Loved the selection, the prices and the order / communication was excellent. A third time, I had an order where nothing fit properly. I was so disapopinted and worried about returning my order. There was no problem whatsoever. The instructions were clear and easy, and I received my refund within a week of sending my order back. Love the selection of plus sized suits and the prices are excellent too. Thanks for the great service!

Swimsuits For All Did Right By Me.

I do not understand the issues with Swimsuits For All unless you simply do not know how to shop online. The policies are clearly outlined on their site. I have been a customer of theirs since the early 2000's and have never had an issue with their customer service team except for ONE time. It was two years ago and the facility they used to keep their products in flooded during a hurricane. The items got damaged and my order was cancelled. When I finally got in touch with their corporate offices after the storm, they not only shipped out my order by priority mail (I got it in a day!) but they also gave me a very lovely gift card for my inconvenience. Any time I have a question about any thing, I call their new fulfillment center (they are no longer at the old one that flooded) and my questions get answered immediately. My products are always great. When I do have to return any thing due to either fit or the item not being exactly right for me personally once I got it...I print out their return ship label. I send it back to them at their cost and exchange. If I want a refund...i ship it back at my expense. I think it is very fair that they ship to you free if you make an exchange but for a refund, you have to ship back at your expense. Why should they pay for you to return something for a refund? They offer free shipping on their site during sales ALL the time. Their prices are extremely fair for great quality suits. Yes, I know I can shop longitude suits in department stores for twice the price and try them on right then and there, but why would I do that? I just think that a lot of these complaints come from people who read policies before they make purchases. Every online store is different. It is your responsibility to read before buying. I will tell you that one time, they sent my merchandise out to me a little late...and I had already left for the start of my vacation. They actually sent me out a new package to the hotel room I was staying at and trusted me to send back the package that came to my house when I returned. Thats what being a loyal customer of 6 years will get you. :)

Swimsuits for all has been AMAZING!

I placed my first order with SFA a few months back and have been very pleased. First of all they are always running specials, which I love. Second their Customer service is great! Cher on the Facebook page always has great advice and if anyone has a problem with their order, she is quick to resolve it! I haven't had a problem at all. My items always arrive on time and supersede my expectations. So far I have ordered one suit and 4 dresses and cover-ups. I love them all! I plan on continuing to order from them and recommend them to my friends and family!

I was going to order a bathing suit from Lane Bryant. Lane Bryant was getting the suit from Swimsuitsforall.com. I decided to check swimsuitsforall.com's website to see if it was cheaper. It wasn't. Lane Bryant was selling it for $41.30, and swimsuitsforall.com was selling it for $59. I noticed swimsuitsforall.com's low process guarantee. When you shop with us, you can be confident that you're getting the best deal on the web. In fact, we guarantee it! If you find the same swimsuit for less from any other online store within 5 days from your purchase, we'll give you an extra 20% off our competitor's price. Either way, you can be sure that you're getting the best price from us. Always. In case you do find a swimsuit for a lesser price somewhere else, contact our customer service team with the style #, the price you found it for, and where you found it, and we will process your discount! I sent an email to help@***.com with the website, the item number on both websites, and the prices. I received an email back from customer service stating they compared the prices on both websites and they were both offering it for $41.30. It was a BIG, FAT LIE! I had printed out their ad, and their price was $59. They changed the price to match Lane Bryant's price instead of honoring their "low price guarantee". Needless to say, I will be buying the bathing suit from Lane Bryant. I will NEVER do business with swimsuitsforall.com, even if they do have a lower price.

I had no problem getting swimsuits for all to honor the price matching. One phone call to customer care did the trick, so I don't know why this person had such a hard time with it.

They did not lower the price of the suit.

The matched the price and then, discounted me an additional percentage off. On top of that, I got free shipping.

Do not order from swimsuitsforall.com

Do NOT order from Swimsuitsforall.com! I returned the things I ordered not only in an orderly fashion but also within a 15 day time frame. They will not give me a full refund but are forcing me to accept their in store credit! NOT! Swimsuitsforall.com is enslaving me to order more from them, even though I am not a happy customer!! Really?? I should have the freedom and the right to not continue business with them! This should be illegal! Swimsuitsforall.com is bad business! Stay away from Swimsuitsforall.com!! My opinion!! Do not shop at swimsuitsforall.com unless you want to support a company that is so weak in customer service!

Swimsuits for all has a 30 day return policy, not a 15 day. The only way you can not receive a refund from them if you return within that 30 day period is if you use their free shipping label to return your item.

Then you get a store credit or an exchange. The policy is real clear on the website.

So either she used their free shipping label or she did not return within 30 days. I've never had a problem in the 6 years I have been shopping with them.

I returned a swimsuit to Swimsuits For All and can't get a returned phone call from management.

I purchased a swimsuit from Swimsuitsforall.com on 2/9/2012. I received the suit and had to return it due to size. The suit was returned shortly after the purchase date at the post office. I called to check on the status of the exchange and the customer service rep asked for my order #. I came her my order # and was informed that the company had relocated wouldn't be making exchanges until 3/8/2012. I called again several days after 3/8/2012 and was told that my information wasn't in the system. I was told that only mangement could see the details of accounts. The person I spoke with (CIerra) promised she would have a manager call me soon. This was the third time I had someone make that promise! I sent several in-house emails hoping a manager would read and still nothing. I would encourage anyone looking for a swimsuit to NOT do business with this company...SWIMSUITSFORALL.COM!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for 3 swimsuits in January 2012. One was returned within 48 hours of receipt due to size.

They received the merchandise but I was never refunded. I got emails saying I had a credit. So I called and was told in August of 2012 (before the hurricane) my refund had been processed. This was after I kept calling dozens of times with no one calling me back.

I watched and waited and still no refund. I've been on the phone with them weekly now since then, have given them my credit card info for the refund and still no one will talk to me. I call and get cust service but they can't do anything and there is NEVER anyone in charge available to speak with. All I get is someone getting my name and number, which should be emblazoned on their screens by now, saying they'll have 'someone' call me back.

They say the corporate office in New Jersey does not call them back, so they can't do anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Not saying you are wrong...but Swimsuits For All did put a disclaimer on their page for a full month that they were moving facilities and that any orders, refunds, exchanges, etc would not be handled again until March during that time. It said it on the front page, at the point of check out, on the order review page and on your order confirmation.

If you knew you needed your suits in a more timely manner back then for a vacation, then perhaps that was not the right place to purchase from at the time. But they were very upfront about the situation. I have been a customer since 2006 and have only had ONE problem with them and that was due to a flood during a hurricane and not their fault at all.

Stuff happens. What I do know is when something goes wrong they bend over backwards to fix it.

I have been dealing with the same situation. I returned items and have a FedEx signature over 3 months ago!!!

I have dealt with many useless employees and have been promised my refund several times. I just filed a complaint with BBB.

I am not going to give up. :(

Swimsuitsforall.com will not give me refund after messing up order

I ordered two suits from this company several weeks in advance of my cruise. One of them was sent in the wrong size. I called the company immediately as asked what they could do to help me get the right size in time for my vacation. I was told that they were moving their warehouse and there was nothing they could do, even though this was their mistake. (I would think that a reputable company would have some type of plan in place to take care of their customers while undergoing a change.) At any rate, I asked for the return shipping label and packaged both suits up and returned them. After not hearing anything for a couple of weeks, I called and asked about my return. I was assured that a credit was being issued to my credit card. A few days later, I finally received an e-mail confirming my return. I again called and asked about my refund and was told that it would be put on my credit card. That has been 6 weeks ago and at this point i still do not have my credit. I've called and e-mailed several times, each being assured that it is happening and yet no credit to my credit card. Personally, I will never do business with this company again and caution others to the lousy customer service and lack of being reputable in following through.
